- Weekly Recipe Inspiration: Easy-to-follow delicious recipes to keep your meals varied and satisfying, all while nourishing your body.
- Monthly ‘themes’: each month we’ll have a wellness theme; such as, setting SMART goals
- Mindful Eating Practices: Learn how to eat with intention, tune into your body’s hunger cues, and foster a healthier relationship with food.
- Monthly Group Meet-ups (last Tuesday every month) – Join our monthly meet-ups to discuss your progress, share challenges, and celebrate victories in a supportive, non-judgmental environment. (you can participate in-person or online)
- Private Accountability Group: Connect with fellow members through our private online community to share tips, inspiration, and encouragement.
